A special event dedicated to International Girls in ICT Day took place at our academy on April 23rd, organized jointly with the innovation leader Bakcell! The goal was to inspire young girls to explore the world of technology.

Bakcell’s PR and Corporate Communications Director, Aysel Suleymanova, spoke about the company's AI and innovation initiatives, along with the growth opportunities they offer the younger generation.

Attendees also enjoyed an interactive discussion with Fidan Tofidi, Director of the Fintech and Innovation Department at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. Plus, AI Content Specialist Mirismayil Aghalarov and AI Engineer Laman Aliyeva took the stage to share their expertise. 🗣️

Together with the innovation leader Bakcell, we hosted a special event dedicated to International Girls in ICT Day!

On February 18, the first event within “The Tech Builders” project was held in collaboration with Peerstack Academy and innovation leader Bakcell.

The event featured speakers Rufat Guliyev (Bakcell, B2C Product Management Expert) and Jala Mammadova (Bakcell, Business Product Owner), who delivered a talk on “How is innovation built?” and later answered questions from the audience.

In addition to the speakers, Aysel Suleymanova (Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications at Bakcell), Leyla Mammadova (Dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Telecommunications at Azerbaijan Technical University), and Jamal Rzayev (Founder of Peerstack Academy) also addressed the guests. They shared insights about the activities of Bakcell and Peerstack Academy and discussed the important role innovation plays in people’s lives.

At the end of the event, participants were awarded special certificates and gifts by Bakcell.
