TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the website provided through the Peerstack Academy web platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform," "Peerstack Academy," or "We"), which is operated by Peerstack Academy Limited Liability Company (TIN: 2008750901, legal address: 113, 8 November Ave., Khatai district, Baku city).

1. 1. Who are we and what do we do?

   Peerstack Academy provides coding education and training for individuals who want to become full-stack developers. The trainings are project- and practice-based. The programs are carried out in cooperation with Qwasar Silicon Valley. For more detailed information, you may contact our staff through the provided communication channels.

2. 2. How can you apply to use the services?

   After entering the website http://peerstack.tech/, the user selects the "Apply" button located in the top-right corner. In the first pop-up window, the applicant confirms their first name, last name, and contact details (email address and phone number). In the second pop-up window, the applicant enters date of birth, English language level, preferred start date, preferred attendance type, and field of education, uploads a CV, and if desired adds a LinkedIn profile link and additional notes before selecting the "Apply" button below. Thus, the initial application is submitted into the system.

   Those who wish may also contact Peerstack Academy directly through the communication channels and apply in this way as well.

3. 3. What are the conditions for using the services?

   Please note that Peerstack Academy signs an agreement with students during the training process. This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the Student and Peerstack Academy, the responsibilities of the Parties, and other relevant terms.

4. 4. What are the payment and discount conditions?

   The monthly tuition fee is 450.00 AZN.
   Applicants are required to take an entrance exam. Based on the exam results, a discount of up to 300.00 AZN may be applied.
   The discount amount is financed by NEQSOL Academy.
