This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the website provided through the Peerstack Academy web platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform," "Peerstack Academy," or "We"), which is operated by Peerstack Academy Limited Liability Company (TIN: 2008750901, legal address: 113, 8 November Ave., Khatai district, Baku city).

1. 1. Who are we and what do we do?

   Peerstack Academy provides coding education and training for individuals who want to become full-stack developers. The trainings are project- and practice-based. The programs are carried out in cooperation with Qwasar Silicon Valley. For more detailed information, you may contact our staff through the provided communication channels.

2. 2. How can you apply to use the services?

   After entering the website http://peerstack.tech/, the user selects the "Apply" button located in the top-right corner or selects the "Apply" button available on various pages of the Website, which redirects them to the application page. On the application page, the Applicant enters their first name, last name, and contact information (email address and phone number), and then clicks the "Send" button. Upon clicking the "Send" button, the initial application is successfully submitted and recorded into the system.

   Those who wish may also contact Peerstack Academy directly through the communication channels and apply in this way as well.

   2.1. By submitting an application through the Platform or by contacting Peerstack Academy through our official communication channels, the Applicant acknowledges and agrees that Peerstack Academy may communicate with them using the contact information voluntarily provided during the application or enrollment process. Communication may be carried out through email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, the learning platform or other electronic communication channels. Such communications may include, but are not limited to:

   2.1.1. Application status updates;

   2.1.2. Interview invitations;

   2.1.3. Scholarship decisions;

   2.1.4. Admission results;

   2.1.5. Enrollment confirmations;

   2.1.6. Onboarding instructions;

   2.1.7. Educational services;

   2.1.8. Payment notifications;

   2.1.9. Schedules and class information;

   2.1.10. Educational events and workshops;

   2.1.11. Learning progress;

   2.1.12. Graduation information;

   2.1.13. Technical notifications;

   2.1.14. Customer support.

   2.2. Peerstack Academy may also send educational communications containing information about new educational programs, educational services, workshops, hackathons, scholarship opportunities, events, activity reports, newsletters and other educational opportunities. Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in every marketing email or by contacting Peerstack Academy directly. Operational communications necessary for providing requested educational services may continue regardless of marketing communication preferences.

3. 3. What are the conditions for using the services?

   Please note that Peerstack Academy signs an agreement with students during the training process. This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the Student and Peerstack Academy, the responsibilities of the Parties, and other relevant terms.

   3.1. Applicants confirm that all information provided during registration or enrollment is accurate, complete and belongs to them. If an application is submitted on behalf of another person, including a minor, the Applicant confirms that they have the legal authority to provide such personal data and communicate with Peerstack Academy.

4. 4. What are the payment and discount conditions?

   The monthly tuition fee is 450.00 AZN.
   Applicants are required to take an entrance exam. Based on the exam results, the Applicant may be granted a tuition discount of varying amounts. Any such discount may be funded by NEQSOL Academy and/or other partners supporting Peerstack Academy's educational initiatives.

5. 5. Responsible communication

   Peerstack Academy communicates only with individuals who voluntarily provide their contact information through our website, official communication channels or enrollment process. Peerstack Academy does not purchase, rent or use third-party mailing lists. We are committed to responsible communication practices and compliance with applicable legislation.
