Peer-to-Peer Learning Methodology

This methodology is an approach where participants learn from each other and exchange knowledge during the learning or collaboration process. Instead of the traditional "teacher–student" model, all parties have equal status.

PBL (Project-Based Learning)

PBL is a teaching methodology where learners gain knowledge and skills by working on real-life problems or questions. In this approach, participants create a project, conduct research, propose solutions, and ultimately present a concrete outcome or product.

Self-Paced Learning

In this method, the participant manages the learning process independently: deciding when and how much time to spend on topics and determining the order of progress.

Gamification

Gamification in programming is the integration of game elements into the coding or programming learning process. This approach aims to increase learners' motivation, develop practical skills, and encourage continuous learning.

Our academy offers training programs in Full Stack, Front-End, and Back-End development. The admission process consists of 4 stages.

Steps

Step 1

Registration and invitation to the interview process

Admission to Peerstack Academy is carried out by registering through the peerstack.tech website or by messaging the WhatsApp number +994552508887. After registration, applicants are contacted and invited to an interview.

Step 2

Exam and selection process

Candidates who successfully pass the interview stage are invited to an exam. The exam is conducted offline using the academy's computers. Based on the results, students may be awarded scholarships of up to 100%.

Step 3

Start of education and training

After receiving an admission offer, students sign the contract, complete the payment, and begin their studies. Class schedules are assigned according to the chosen timetable. On the first day, an introduction session is held and lessons begin.

Step 4

Participation in paid projects and employment opportunities

Within Peerstack Studio, students are provided with opportunities to participate in paid projects through partnerships with various companies and startups. After graduation, the academy supports alumni in finding employment.

*The structured learning (Modern Learning) model on the QWASAR platform mainly consists of 3 components

At QWASAR, learning does not happen through passive video lessons, but by working on real projects — students research problems, plan solutions, write code, and test the results. This helps them develop the skills needed in real-world tech environments.
Students learn from one another: their code is reviewed by peer students, feedback is provided, and they develop both technical and communication skills through practice. This ensures deeper knowledge acquisition through collaboration and feedback.
The system is equipped with gamification elements — points for projects, levels, rewards, etc. — which motivate students and make the learning process more interactive and engaging.
